Fishing in Langkawi is still new to most
tourists. Local fishing enthusiasts have many popular destinations for
fishing around Langkawi Island - one of them is the Pantai Teluk Baru
(for island fishing). Langkawi deep sea fishing
is most interesting as you can come across a big varieties of fish,
such as tuna, barracuda, mackerel, blue spotted stingray, pipefish and
many others.
The local fishing enthusiasts have a big
variety of baits used for fishing and some are using squids. You can
fish all year round in Langkawi, but it is best in January to July and
December (as August to November are monsoon months). You can also fish squids in Langkawi, between late November and February - this is a seasonal activity.

DEAP SEA FISHING

This package normally we will be fishing surrounding Tukun Perak Island where the water is deep and it about 2 hours journey from Langkawi. For this package we will be fishing by the coral at nearby surrounding island of Pulau Singa, Beras Basah and Dayang Bunting. The catch are normally like Grouper, Snappers, Stingray, Grunter, Russell's Snapper, Quenfish, Tiger tooth croacker, Emperors, Jewfish, Goatfish etc. ( shallow water coral fish ) Casting is also good for this package. ( Please bring your own equipment ). Fishing spool is provided.
TROLLING
Location :Surrounding the Islands near Pulau Singa, Beras Basah and Dayang Bunting.

For
this package we will be trolling around the area surrounding the island
of Pulau Singa, Beras Basah and Dayang Bunting. Normally the catch
is Barracuda, Trevally, Queenfish ( Leatherskin ), Barred
spanish mackerel and Black Kingfish.
Please bring your own choice of fishing lures/Rappala size not less than 12 cm for trolling. For the trolling set we only provide one unit only.
NOTE : All the transfer offered are from the Pantai Cenang and Pantai Tengah area only. Additional charges is applicable for the transfers outside from this area based on the distance / number of people
